Cultivating our Capacity to Collaborate Coherently
At Coherence Lab, coherence is a lived practice. It is how we listen, relate, and respond to a world in flux.
Our approach weaves together Indigenous knowledge systems, Earth systems science, and practices of presence to realign human consciousness with the intelligence of the living world.
In quantum physics, coherence describes systems where distinct elements move in synchronized harmony—creating effects far greater than the sum of their parts.
This scientific understanding mirrors what Indigenous traditions have known for millennia: that consciousness, matter, and energy exist in an inseparable dance of relationship.
Simply put, form follows frequency. How we hold ourselves shapes what becomes possible in the world.
We cultivate coherence in three interwoven ways:
Consciousness Cultivation
Through ceremonial practice, contemplative inquiry, and deep relationship with land and lineage, we help restore the inner foundation needed for collective transformation. This is the inner work of coherence—awakening awareness, integrity, and resonance within ourselves.
Our frequency, our vibration, our presence—these are not abstract. They determine what we can achieve and catalyze in the world.
Field Creation
Coherence emerges when people gather in right relationship—with each other, with place, and with purpose. We steward intentional fields where wisdom across cultures and disciplines can come into resonance, activating collective intelligence and trust.
From the workings of the universe to a single drop of water to how neighbors talk across the fence—coherence is the harmonic order of life. The greater the coherence, the more attuned the system to transformational change.
Systems Realignment
Transformation must go beyond insight to alter the structures through which we learn, relate, and lead. Working with Indigenous elders, scientists, and institutions, we are developing methodologies—rooted in ceremony and relationship—that reorient research, policy, and education toward reverence, reciprocity, and regeneration.
Within coherent fields, novel solutions naturally emerge. This is not about controlling outcomes, but cultivating conditions where life can reorganize itself in more beautiful and life-affirming ways.
Ours is a path of practice, not prescription. We walk it in partnership with those willing to meet complexity with presence, to hold power with humility, and to co-create futures aligned with life.

A Harmonic Remembering: Ten Years of Coherence
Not a history. A field still pulsing.
For ten years, Coherence Lab has been a resonance more than a structure—a whisper becoming a field. A sacred hum felt through land, ceremony, and relation.
We were never “founded.” We were remembered—like a chord echoing from a future where harmony is already true.
These ten years have not been a decade of doing. They have been a decade of tuning. Of breathing with Earth’s pulse. Of attuning to the silence beneath systems, the song beneath separation.
We listened—not to strategy, but to the unseen. We did not scale—we deepened. Not a program, but a prayer. Not outreach, but inreach. We gathered where language fell away, and presence remained.
Elders spoke. Youth remembered. Scientists softened. Land revealed its knowing. Each gathering, a tuning. Each council, a new harmonic. Each meal, a remembering.
We walked with Indigenous elders, scientists, leaders, artists and youth. We walked with lineage, with grief, with silence. We walked without fanfare, often unnamed.
What arose cannot be measured—only felt.
Hearts opened. Traumas unbound. Diplomatic deadlocks softened into presence. Prophecies found their moment. Lineages reconciled before the fire. Children were listened to. Forests were prayed into protection. Systems began to hear the song.
We never claimed these as accomplishments. Because they are not ours. They are echoes of a field that remembers itself.
And now, as we cross the threshold of ten years, we do not look back to reminisce. We open the field wider. To include those just arriving. To ground what has only been whispered. To give shape—not for ego, but for echo. That the harmonic pulse may carry further. And the remembering continue.
